Southern Health #caretojoinus Campaign

We worked with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust to create a multi-platform marketing campaign that would attract like-minded employees to the Trust based In their recruitment strategy values of support, opportunites and care.

We knew that facts and stats alone weren’t going to magnetise the right kind of employees to Southern Health. That’s why we worked closely with them to research, plan, design and deliver a campaign that would capture everything Southern Health stood for as an organisation and the many benefits of working within the trust community. This all came together to form the #caretojoinus campaign, which featured real healthcare professionals within the trust and lives they live out side of the workplace.

Southern Health CAMHS Recruitment Campaign

We helped Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust find the very best and brightest mental health professionals for a brand new care facility –producing a high impact and emotionally charged recruitment campaign.

We joined the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team at their high and medium secure units to experience everyday life, understand their motivations and develop an authentic narrative for the campaign. We saw the uniquely challenging environment up close, but also an amazing culture of unity, support and, ultimately, a strong sense of belonging and purpose. This became our storyline – enabling potential employees to see and feel the impact they would have.

The team show a genuine enthusiasm for every project that they work on and they will always go the extra mile to get the best result. Always professional.

We were tasked by the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to create a stand-alone recruitment website and launch campaign designed to encourage medical professionals at all levels to join the Trust.

We needed to maximise high quality job applications by promoting Hampshire as a fantastic place to live and the Trust as an exceptional place to work. Redefining the Trust recruitment website and curating an impactful, diverse launch campaign.

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the region’s biggest employers; but they had a vision to take their reach even further. They wanted to encourage more and more medical professionals (at all levels) to join the Trust, including those from further afield. We brought this to life with a holistic campaign that spanned website, social media, print and advertising, showcasing the multicultural, purpose driven nature of the Trust as an employer.
